6.3 Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT ALLOWABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
